Bill 25 on the protection of personal information
Bill 25 modernizes legislative conditions regarding the protection of personal information in Quebec since September 2022. As a result, the collection of personal information must be limited to that which is necessary for the psychological services. Dr. Rami Nijjar is the person responsible for the protection of personal information for her clinic. Based on this law, several requirements and modifications will be put in place from 2022 to 2026. As a practicing psychologist in private practice, she will now have the following responsibilities within her clinic:
